What type of payments do you accept? TOP
Currently we only take online payment through paypal.
Local orders can pay through paypal, or with cash or cheque. What is the cost for shipping? TOP
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for orders in Canada & $7.95 for orders from the US. A print I want is out of stock, can I place a special order? TOP
If there's any colours or prints you are interested in that I'm out of stock, please email me at info@spoiledbottom.com and I would be more than happy to bring them in for you.
There's also colours and prints available that I don't currently have on my site, so I can also send you a catalogue to choose from. I require a 50% deposit on all special orders with the remaining balance due before shipping. Is there warranty on Spoiled Bottom diapers? TOP
If you have any problems with your Spoiled Bottom diapers, please email info@spoiledbottom.com to address your concerns. If it is a manufacturing defect , your diaper will be replaced within 6 months of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. |
